Artefacto | In The Spotlight✨

Located at 101 S Dixie Hwy in Coral Gables, this completed two-story luxury showroom was designed to celebrate modern architecture while allowing the furnishings inside to take center stage.

With nearly 500 linear feet of street frontage along South Dixie Highway, the property commands visibility and presence. Clean lines, contemporary forms, and understated detailing create a refined architectural canvas, one that frames the brand’s interior design inspiration.

From the first foundation pour to now rising 50 of 70 stories (and climbing), Okan Tower continues to redefine Miami’s skyline.

Inspired by the graceful form of a tulip, the 70-story glass façade will merge Hilton hospitality, 163 Sky Residences, condo-hotel units, Class A office space, and world-class amenities in one iconic vertical destination.
