The William

This project consists of a 26-story residential tower featuring 374 thoughtfully designed residences. The architecture is led by Carlos Ott in collaboration with Behar Font, with interior design by Urban Robot. Amenities include a resort-style pool and sun deck, outdoor bar and terrace lounge with firepits, sunset lounge and hammock grove, fitness center, yoga studio, pickleball court, courtside lounge and game room, and multiple summer kitchens with alfresco dining areas.
