Pura Vida

This project consists of a spread across three eight-story buildings, consisting of 260 units.  Amenities include a children’s playground, resort-style swimming pool, poolside cabanas, on-site parking, and a dog park. Pura Vida also offers a variety of retail, surrounded by 40,000 square feet of retail stores including a Dollar Tree, Wawa, Taco Bell, and a healthcare center.
