Northside Commons

This project consists of an 80-unit affordable housing development in Miami’s West Little River neighborhood. The development comprises 56 units for adults in need of supportive care for disabilities or mental illness, and 24 units of median income apartments. Amenities include an on-site health clinic, gym, computer lab and library.
