Kendall Town Center

This project proposal consists of a multi-use development with retail, office spaces, residential units, hotels, community health center, an outdoor movie theater, public spaces, a lake, on grade parcels, and parcels to be outsourced to other developers. The linear main boulevard design connects Baptist Hospital and North Kendall Drive bringing activity to the center.
