Culmer Village

This project consists of an eight story urban development in the heart of Miami’s Overtown neighborhood that will house over 900 individuals and close to alternative forms of transportation. Some amenities include an interior courtyard, yoga room, roof top pool deck and fire pit, lounge areas, and a fitness center.
