Cassia

This project consists of a 12-story building that will feature 174 residential units. Amenities include tropical lush landscaping, curated art and sculpture work, a heated pool and cabanas, ground floor retail, lounge nooks,  BBQ stations, a fitness center, entertainment center, spa with steam, massage and sauna rooms, and an executive business center. The building’s name is inspired by the pink flowering trees that bloom across Coral Gables in the Spring and Cassias will be featured throughout the project.
