This project consists of two forty three story towers in Downtown Miami, with 1.3 million-square feet of mixed-use space. It aims to house 1,394 residential units alongside 7,984 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor. Amenities will include a pool deck, a cabana area, barbecue space, a gym and fitness studio, game lounge, coworking spaces, bowling room, and golf simulator room.
