This development, referred to as 222 or Namdar Towers, spans over 1.3 million square feet at 222 Northeast 1st Avenue and is a mixed-use project that combines residential, commercial, and parking spaces. The architectural design is led by Behar Font & Partners, with engineering by De Los Reyes Engineering, Inc., and development by the Namdar Group. Construction will be managed by John Moriarty & Associates, indicating a collaboration of industry leaders.
