Developer Mt. Zion Development Associates, Ltd. has submitted an application in response to a Request for Proposals from the Office of the City Clerk in Miami to construct an 11-story apartment tower titled Graham Ross Towers at 310 Northwest 10th Street on property managed by the Southeast Overtown / Park West Community Redevelopment Association. The building is projected to yield 122 affordable housing units for the elderly with 208 parking spaces.
